If you need regular assistance with personal care (ie not just after an operation), if you are unable to join other residents for meals other than temporarily, if you develop memory issues, a severe illness or cannot safely self-evacuate in the event of a fire then unfortunately Abbeyfield Dulwich is no longer the right place for you and we will support you and your sponsors in your next move. While kindness is a guiding principle of Abbeyfield Dulwich we need to be mindful of the whole community - residents, staff and volunteers - and ensure we can maintain it as a lively and active retirement community where residents can lead fulfilling and active lives.
